How to use SkillsFuture Credit (SFC)?

Follow these steps to apply your SkillsFuture Credit (SFC):
Step 1: Check Your SFC Balance
  1. Go to the SkillsFuture Credit portal: https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg
  2. Log in with your SingPass.
  3. Check your available SFC balance.
Step 2: Submit Your SFC Application
  1. Download the Proforma Invoice from BCA Academy (this will be provided to you).
  2. In the SkillsFuture portal, submit a new application using the course details and attach the Proforma Invoice.
  3. Wait for your application to be approved (you can check the status in the portal).
Step 3: Upload Your Proof of Approval
  1. Once your application is approved, take a screenshot of the approval page from the SkillsFuture portal.
  • Make sure the screenshot clearly shows:
  • Your name
  • Approved course title
  • Approved amount
Navigate to the course and upload your screenshot
Step 4: Register for the Course
  • After uploading your proof, proceed to select your class session and complete the registration process.
  • Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important:
  • If your SFC application is not approved, you must pay the course fees in full.
  • Uploading the screenshot is compulsory for us to process your registration with SSG. 




What payment method are accepted?


We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and PayNow. For corporate clients, we accept Giro or bank transfer. For company-sponsored client, payment must be made directly by the sponsoring company and not by the individual.




Will I receive an invoice or receipt after payment?


Yes, an official invoice or receipt will be issued to you once your registration and payment have been confirmed.




Are the courses SSG-Funded?


For courses eligible for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding, full details are available under the Fees and Funding section on each Course Overview page. Details of SSG’s funding can be found on Home (skillsfuture.gov.sg).




Can SkillsFuture Credit be Used?


If the course is SSG-funded, you may use your SkillsFuture Credit to pay the nett course fee after applicable subsidies. Login to myskillsfuture portal to check your funding eligibility login.




Can I use SkillsFuture Credit to pay for the nett course fees if I am company-sponsored?


No, SkillsFuture Credit is only applicable for self-sponsored individuals and cannot be used for company-sponsored training.
