The email that should have been sent to you to change your account password was not successfully sent. Please email to our service support helpdesk at: BCA_Academy_OSF@bca.gov.sg with your login ID, company name and your UEN number. We will reset and change the password from our end. You will be notified once the password has been updated.
You may have encountered a problem with making payments online. If you have already registered your course and you are waiting to make payment online, please email us at BCA_Academy_OSF@bca.gov.sg. The person-in-charge will get in touch with you.
If the issue is not listed here, please call us at 6248 9999 (Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm – 5.00pm) or email us at BCA_Academy@bca.gov.sg with a screenshot of the problem (press print-screen and then paste into the email).
